For vocational skill institutes
Destination before direction.
A skill centre already knows its courses and already knows its employers. What is usually missing is the middle: which of the people in front of it this year is suited to which of that work, in words a Career Guidance Mentor can act on and an employer can trust.
Four things, in order.
What a course actually teaches
A centre uploads its curriculum and gets back a profile of the work that course prepares someone for — the competencies, the conditions, the kind of work it leads to. The centre reviews it and approves it. Nothing is matched against a profile nobody has agreed to.
Half an hour, in the trainee’s own language
Gujarati or English, one question per screen, every question read aloud. No account to create and nothing to install. Somebody who reads with difficulty can finish it without reading a word.
A Career Guidance Mentor decides
The platform sets out what it found and why. The Career Guidance Mentor chooses the course, and when they choose differently the reason is recorded. A recommendation is an argument put to a person who knows the trainee, not an instruction.
Connections both sides agreed to
The employer confirms interest with a code sent to their own number. Only then is the trainee asked, and they confirm with theirs. Nobody in the middle can claim a connection that neither party made.
Evidence, not anxiety.
Every figure about hiring demand carries the grade of evidence behind it, and what could not be established is written down rather than filled in. A centre reporting to a funder can say where each number came from.
There is no accuracy claim anywhere in this product, and there will not be one until there is a record to support it.
What a trainee is shown
Thank you, and nothing else. No score, no chart, no label. The conversation about what the answers mean belongs to the Career Guidance Mentor sitting with them.
What an employer is shown
A first name, a course, how the person works in four plain lines, and how well the job suits them. Contact details exist only after the trainee has agreed to be introduced — before that there is nothing to fetch.
Every screen has an owner.
Staff sign in to their own part of the centre’s work. Trainees do not sign in at all — they open a link their mobiliser gives them.
